Marketplaces
Your eBay account, minus the tab-switching.
Connect eBay once. Your listings, orders and real fees come together in one place — and every listing shows what it earns, not just what it sells for.
Selling on eBay means two screens: the seller dashboard, and whatever you keep beside it — a spreadsheet, a notebook, a good memory. The work leaks out in between. A price changes here and not there. A listing ends and nobody notices until the sales stop. 40thieves puts both sides in one place, and shows you where they disagree — before it costs you a sale.
The listing table, as it stands.
Every live listing in one table: price, stock, units sold, and what each one costs to run. Nothing to add up by hand.

What the connection brings over.
Three things arrive from eBay, and each one has a clear job. Nothing vague, nothing you did not ask for.
- Your listings — Title, price, quantity, category and the traffic eBay reports — impressions, views, clicks and orders from the last 30 days. You refresh it when you want, not when you remember.
- Your orders — Every order, kept complete for up to 730 days. Sizes and colours stay separate lines, so nothing ever overwrites anything.
- Your real fees — Final value fee, fixed fee, your share of the shop subscription, your ad spend — each one attached to the listing it belongs to, with VAT the way you set it.
From account to working system, in four steps.
- 01. Connect — Add your own eBay developer keys and authorise once. The connection belongs to your account, not to a shared one.
- 02. Look around — 40thieves reads your listings and orders in. Nothing is written back at this point — you look at everything before anything changes.
- 03. Read the numbers — Fees, traffic and costs land on each listing. You see what it costs to run and what it returned — the part the seller dashboard never shows in one view.
- 04. Decide — Where something needs a change, the system proposes it and you apply it. Writing to eBay stays in your hands, always.
Where the line is drawn — said plainly.
A tool you can size up is a tool you can trust. So here is what is not in it, in one list.
- eBay today — eBay is the connected marketplace. More can follow — the groundwork is there — but nothing else is connected today, and nothing else is claimed.
- Drafts, not publishing — A new listing is created as an eBay draft, ready to read. Publishing stays with you, on eBay, when you are ready.
- Prices you apply — The system calculates and ranks a price. Applying it is your action, one listing at a time — and it refuses to guess when variations are priced differently.
- Stock: a view, not a control — Inventory is read and reported, so the numbers always match the marketplace. Nothing writes stock back, ever.
Questions, answered
Does 40thieves work with marketplaces other than eBay?
Not yet. eBay is the only connected marketplace, and AliExpress is a supplier, not a marketplace. The groundwork for more channels is there — but nothing else is live today, and we will not tell you otherwise.
Will it list items on eBay without me?
No. Everything ends as a draft with the details filled in. It goes live when you publish it, after you have read it.
Can it change my prices automatically?
It calculates a price with a floor, a target and a ceiling, and ranks what needs attention. Applying a price is one action per listing — yours. Nothing reprices the shop on a schedule.
What does the eBay connection cost me beyond the software?
eBay's own fees stay eBay's: final value fee by category, a small fixed fee, and whatever you spend on ads. 40thieves shows you each one on the listing it belongs to. It cannot change or negotiate them.

- The eBay integration in detail — Your own keys, a narrow set of reads and writes, and a sandbox to prove it first.
- Price intelligence — Prices you can defend, built from what a listing really costs.
- Operations — Orders, listings and fees in one calm view.
